Our campus is nestled on beautiful private grounds but conveniently around the corner from area shops, restaurants and medical centers.

Our industry-leading Clare Bridge program allows seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia to nurture their current skills and explore a variety of hobbies and passions. This gives our residents the opportunity to thrive in our care, even with advanced stages of the disease. We take a person-centered approach and can also help with daily living needs like bathing, dressing, dining and mobility.
