Seniors living with AlzheimerÂ’s and other forms of dementia inspired our choices when we designed our community campus. TheyÂ’re the reason we decorated our common rooms to resemble a cozy home for comfort, installed circular pathways to avoid unnecessary confusion and offer top-notch care all under one roof.Â
ItÂ’s also the reason we developed our signature, person-centered Clare Bridge program. This approach to dementia care gives your loved one the chance to enjoy a fun-filled but structured day, complete with six planned activities per day that are meant to help them maintain their current skills for as long as possible.
