CountryHouse exclusively provides memory care for those who live with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. We believe those who live with memory loss can live amazingly full lives with our support. Our empathetic and well-trained team works to ensure residents in our care experience moments of joy every single day. Whether it’s taking a scenic drive, enjoying an ice cream cone, listening to familiar music, having a conversation or simply holding a hand, wonderful moments happen every day at a CountryHouse community. We get to know residents in our care on a personal level – their background and history, likes and dislikes, passions and hobbies – we capture this information by listening carefully to both them and from you, their loved ones.
