The Madison Senior Living is located off Missouri Highway 150 and Wyandotte Street at the northeast corner of 141st Terrace and Madison Avenue in the Southwest Kansas City, MO. The community consists of 90 independent living, 44 assisted living, and 16 memory care apartments with full community services and amenities. All buildings are fully self-sustaining but enjoy some combined amenities to enhance the services and amenities to all. The 90 independent living apartments, ranging from studios to 2-bedrooms, are housed in a three-story lodge-style building consisting of community common areas, offices, commercial kitchen, salon, and a fitness center.
The Madison Senior Living Community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community, or CCRC. CCRCs provide multiple levels of care at a single location, allowing residents to stay in the same place as their needs change over time.
